03The Other Side of the Door

About this episode

Beautifully Disturbed | Episode 3

Some doors are better left closed. Some voices are better left unanswered.

Fourteen months after the tragic death of her young daughter, Iris, Nadia Whitmore is still struggling to live with the grief and guilt of losing her.

Then, at exactly 2:13 in the morning, someone knocks on her apartment door.

Three soft taps.

And a little girl's voice whispers, “Mummy, I'm cold.”

It sounds exactly like Iris.

Desperate to believe her daughter has somehow returned, Nadia finds herself caught between a mother's love and a growing sense of dread. But as the knocking continues, the voice outside begins revealing things no stranger should know.

And when her sister starts receiving visits from someone who should also be dead, Nadia realizes that whatever waits on the other side may be far more terrifying than she imagined.

Because sometimes, the most dangerous thing you can do is answer.
