ASH AND RAIN

Sixteen-year-old Adrian and his sister Samara hunt monsters in the rain to pay for their sick mother's medicine. His bloodline corrodes. Hers heals. Their blind teacher, Sparks, can cut a monster in half without turning his head. Then the System delivers a message from a father who's been dead for seven years, and something that was hunting him starts hunting them.
